Parker Reich
CEO & Managing Partner
Parker has been a private real estate investor for 7+ years. During college Parker worked for a regional investment fund who specialized in SF rentals. After graduating Indiana University he raised funds to start his own equity fund where he redeveloped both SF and MF properties in opportunity zones. He later worked with a national REIT who employed him to oversee their Indianapolis portfolio launch. It was at this time he was
introduced to the power of short term vacation rental investments. He later invested in a local STR property management company where he would double their portfolio and eventually sell the business to a larger operator. He then became a founding employee of Mint House, a tech-driven
hospitality management operator. It was there he fell in love with hospitality and infusing smart technology in order to enhance both the guest and operator experience. After nearly 4 successful years he joined Casual Nomad as their Chief Operating Officer to assist them in the sale of both
their portfolio and operating entity.
Samson Cassel-Nucci
Project Manager & Managing Partner
Samson has 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, spanning operations, sales, marketing, and project management roles. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in Supply Chain Management, Samson went to work for a Pittsburgh-based Marriott franchise. After cutting his teeth working in operations for the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, and F&B operations, Samson rose to the position of project
coordinator and assisted in opening two more hotels and coordinating the renovation of a third. Post-pandemic, Samson pivoted to the short-term rental space, where he worked for both Mint House and Casual Nomad opening short-term rental units across the country. He joined Ascension Associates in 2023, and has completed 6 hotel renovations and modernization projects in 4 states, with more on the way.
