Doyle Hotel Charlottesville (previously known as the Quirk Hotel)
The Doyle Hotel is a 80 unit property located on Charlottesville’s Main Street. For phase one of this project, our client wanted to add smart access control technology to both guest rooms and common doors, allowing for added security with less mandatory staffing.
Key Highlights
- All guest doors are now equipped with smart locks, allowing convenient and seamless guest check-in with easy property management thanks to Lynx Automation.
- The common doors have been upgraded to advanced access control kits, allowing complete control over building access and security via cloud-based software.
- All TVs now have Roku Streaming sticks, where guests can stream their personal devices directly to the TV without expensive cable packages or unnecessary hotel landing pages.
The Inn Spot
The Inn Spot Waterfront Bungalows & Suites is a cozy group of units located on the water in the Hamptons on Long Island, New York. Our client was looking for refreshed OS&E and FF&E across the property.
Key Highlights
- With our closely integrated procurement and design studio collaborations, we were able to introduce new OS&E and FF&E, saving our client time and money through an efficient and streamlined service.
- Smart locks were installed to all of the guest rooms, enabling a smart and efficient check-in process allowing guests to go straight to their room, removing the need for a staff led check-in process.
- New exterior signage was installed to align with the new branding.
Exhibit A2
Exhibit A2 features boutique, apartment-style rooms with full kitchens in the heart of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Our client was looking for back of house upgrades as well as a refreshed fitness center for the property.
Key Highlights
- Coordinated, monitored and controlled in-house laundry construction and outfitting, including both washers and dryers, as well as chemicals and staffing numbers.
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing install in spaces for future use.
- Implemented a full fitness center addition, including design, procurement, and install.

- We worked with our vertically integrated designer to create a complete design package for both rooms and common areas.

Aloha Fridays Key Highlights
- In the center of South Beach, Miami, this 75 key luxury hotel upholds the top tier hospitality offerings in the area.
- We procured and installed a complete FF&E and OS&E overhaul in coordination with our vertically integrated procurement company.
- We also installed and integrated a new tech stack into our client’s existing systems including smart locks, high speed internet, security cameras, and more.
Happy Travelers Resort Highlights
- North of Tampa, this resort contains 21 cabins as well as hundreds of RV camper spots.
- Procured and installed new OS&E for the luxury cabins, including both procurement and the third-party logistics install.
- Planed and monitored execution of new sea shell driveways and ambient lighting for the cabins.
