Blue Suede Hospitality Group aimed to transform an RV park in Titusville, FL into a flagship short-term rental situation. With just four months to launch 41 luxury cabins, they turned to Ascension Associates to find a cabin partner who could move fast, build beautifully, and maintain quality – all without slowing down their go-live date.
The client needed cabins with a bright and crisp appearance that enhanced the guest experience while other aspects of the park were improved gradually over time.
However, the opening date was fast approaching, and little time could be spent in the design and fabrication process if the client intended to have a timely opening for their new short-term rental units.
