Setting the Scene

When Blue Suede Hospitality Group began reimagining their Happy Travelers RV Park outside Tampa, FL, they turned to Ascension Associates to lead the transformation. The goal? Convert half the park into a high-performing short-term rental destination — complete with custom-designed cabins, reimagined outdoor spaces, and a seamless, tech-enabled guest experience including access control.

Our team managed the full scope of the project: cabin installation, interiors procurement, amenity upgrades, and onsite improvements including new pool FF&E, signage, dog park, and more. But one critical challenge quickly emerged: access control.
