We are proud to offer a simple tiered flat fee structure for our OKR Consulting Services. With our industry leading process you won’t ever have to worry about going over budget, monitoring hours, or managing our scope of work. We have taken the ambiguity out of hiring a consultant by providing upfront pricing and straightforward service offerings.

Our Pricing Format

Our full service OKR consulting services come with flat fees based on the number of positions you have, not just the number of employees you employ. If you have multiple employees doing a nearly identical position then you will only be charged one flat fee for all the employees in that position. Each position will receive 8 hours of individualized attention per quarter, ensuring your team stays on track with their goals.

For clients looking to get the most bang for their buck we offer deeper discounts on those who commit to four quarters of implementation services. We also provide discounts for companies with more than 5 position types.

Our Service Offering

Starting by working with your executive team we will reestablish company mission and vision statements, ensuring that each represents where the company is today and where it needs to be in the future. Following this alignment we will work with each position to uncover pain points, self prescribed goals, and employee capacities. The results of these conversations will then be synthesized and presented in a secondary leadership workshop where the findings will be reviewed, discussed, and then filtered by priority using the established company direction as a benchmark.

Our team will take the outcome of that workshop and develop the OKR framework for each position. The framework will be presented in a secondary meeting with each position where our team will work with your team to finalize milestones, micro-tasks, timelines, and stakeholders/assignees. During this time we will train your team on how to properly plan their capacity and give them best practice tips to enhance their completion rates.

Prior to the launch of the quarterly OKRs our team will create a shareable roadmap of position, department, and company wide goals in order to capture the importance of transparency and accountability across the entire team.

Once the OKRs have been launched our team will meet with each position group bi-monthly to monitor progress, deadlines, performance, bottlenecks, and to provide continued coaching on prioritization and workflow management. Our team will provide bi-monthly reports on identified concerns and accomplishments.
